Voor de vestiging in Sint Maarten, zijn wij op zoek naar een Juridisch secretaresse . Wat ga jij doen: Als juridisch secretaresse ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van dossiers, agendabeheer en het voorbereiden van documenten zoals contracten, processtukken en juridische brieven. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en externe partijen, en zorg je voor een efficiënte en tijdige communicatie. Je ondersteunt bij juridische processen, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten voldoen aan de wettelijke eisen en procedures. Met jouw proactieve instelling en oog voor detail lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de juridische dienstverlening en draag je bij aan het succes van het team. Wat wij graag bij jou willen zien: - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in juridische richting; - Bij voorkeur enige jaren ervaring als secretaresse binnen een juridische omgeving; - Flexibele instelling en stressbestendig; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; - Kennis en ervaring met het MS Office 365 Pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook); - Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en oog voor detail; - Discretie en integriteit vanwege de vertrouwelijke aard van de werkzaamheden; - Communicatief vaardig en accuraat; - Representatief voorkomen en servicegerichte persoonlijkheid.
