Over de sectie Familierecht Binnen de sectie Familierecht, Personenrecht en Erfrecht werken gespecialiseerde advocaten aan uiteenlopende zaken. Denk aan echtscheidingen, alimentatie, gezag en omgang, maar ook aan nalatenschappen en andere erfrechtelijke vraagstukken. Wat ga je doen? Als juridisch secretaresse ondersteun je de advocaten binnen de sectie Familierecht. Daarnaast bied je, waar nodig, algemene ondersteuning binnen kantoor en aan collega's van andere rechtsgebieden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het aanmaken, beheren en administratief verzorgen van juridische dossiers; - Het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie en het opstellen van brieven en documenten; - Het onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met cliënten, wederpartijen en andere betrokkenen; - Het beheren van agenda's, plannen van afspraken en bewaken van termijnen; - Het verzorgen van de roladministratie en het verwerken en verzenden van processtukken; - Het voorbereide...
