Wil je jouw juridische expertise inzetten op het snijvlak van gezondheidsrecht,bestuursrecht en jeugdhulp? Bij Levvel krijg je de ruimte om juridisch complexevraagstukken te analyseren, hierover te adviseren en bij te dragen aan de verdereontwikkeling van de organisatie. Jouw functie, jouw teamAls jurist maak je deel uit van het Kwaliteitsteam en ben je een belangrijke juridischesparringpartner binnen Levvel. Je adviseert hulpverleners, management, directie en deRaad van Bestuur over uiteenlopende vraagstukken op het gebied vangezondheidsrecht, bestuursrecht en jeugdhulp.Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer denk je mee over complexe casuïstiek of eenprivacyvraagstuk, de andere keer adviseer je over beleid, wet- en regelgeving of eenorganisatiebreed project. Je brengt juridische risico's en mogelijkheden in kaart envertaalt complexe regelgeving naar heldere adviezen en oplossingen die juridischkloppen én in de praktijk werken. Je staat daarbij midden in de organisatie. Daarnaastwerk je nauw samen met collega's en ben je een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voorjuridische vragen. Binnen het Kwaliteitsteam werk je samen met beleidsadviseurs, kwaliteits- encalamiteitenonderzoekers en twee collega-juristen. Vanuit verschillende expertisessparren jullie met elkaar en dragen jullie samen bij aan de juridische kwaliteit van Levvel.De wereld van de jeugdhulp en het recht is voortdurend in beweging. Je volgtontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, jurisprudentie en relevante beleidskaders, vertaaltdeze naar de praktijk en adviseert Levvel hierover. Zo combineer je juridische inhoud metzichtbare impact op de organisatie en de jeugdhulp. Deze functie is beschikbaar voor 36uur per week. Jouw werkzaamhedenJuridische ondersteuning. Je adviseert hulpverleners, management en bestuur overcomplexe casuïstiek en juridische vraagstukken. Hierbij gaat het onder meer om dekwaliteit van de hulpverlening, gegevensbescherming, contractuele aangelegenhedenen de toepas...
