Jouw impact als Jurist Bij Countus Emmeloord ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken van klanten en collega's. Met jouw kennis van notarieel recht en specialisme in familierecht adviseer je ondernemers over huwelijksvoorwaarden, testamenten en andere belangrijke juridische zaken. Daarnaast ondersteun je klanten op het gebied van ondernemingsrecht, erfrecht, subsidies en onroerend goed. Je bent een vertrouwde sparringpartner die praktische oplossingen biedt en samen met collega's complexe dossiers oppakt. Onze klanten zijn voornamelijk ondernemers uit de agrarische sector en het MKB, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is en de vraagstukken uitdagend en divers. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van het juridische team en ben je een mentor voor collega's. Je werkzaamheden vinden plaats op onze kantoren in Dronten, Emmeloord en Zeewolde. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: - Advies en ondersteuning bij familierecht, ondernemingsrecht en notarieel recht - Begeleiden van complexe juridische dossiers - Sparringpartner voor klanten en collega's - Coachen en begeleiden van het juridische team - Klantbezoeken en gesprekken met overtuigingskracht Je werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines binnen ons full-service kantoor in Emmeloord.
