Wat ga je doen?

Bij AGIN Pranger zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven jurist voor ons juridische team in Apeldoorn. Dagelijks behandelen we diverse dossiers en adviseren we opdrachtgevers bij uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken. In deze functie krijg je te maken met zaken binnen onze portefeuilles van woningcorporaties, particuliere vastgoedinvesteerders en MKB-klanten. Vooral de MKB-portefeuille zorgt voor veel variatie en uitdaging.

Je stelt (proces)stukken op, vertegenwoordigt opdrachtgevers in juridische procedures en speelt een actieve rol in strategische beslissingen, zoals het leggen van conservatoir beslag. Samen met je collega’s draag je bij aan de groei en kwaliteit van onze juridische dienstverlening.

Wat breng jij mee in Apeldoorn?

- Minimaal een HBO Rechten diploma;

- Relevante werkervaring binnen het juridische werkveld;

- Ervaring met procederen is een pré;

- Zelfvertrouwen, nauwkeurig en een kritische en zelfstandige instelling;

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte aanpak.

Wat bieden wij?

- Een overeenkomst voor 28 – 36 uur per week;

- Een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 5.250 (o.b.v. fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding;

- 27 vakantiedagen, vakantietoeslag, pensioenregeling, riante winstdelingsregeling en tegemoetkoming voor reiskosten;

- Een goed inwerkprogramma waarin we in jouw groei investeren;
