In de meeste gevallen gaat het om schadeloosstellingen die SAR aan klanten heeft betaald en vervolgens wil verhalen op een aansprakelijke wederpartij. Daarnaast werk je aan het verhalen van buitengerechtelijke kosten, proceskosten en btw-vorderingen. Zo maak jij het verschil Je bedient daarbij niet rechtstreeks de klant, maar vertegenwoordigt de belangen van SAR. Jij beoordeelt de verhaalmogelijkheden, bepaalt de juiste strategie en zorgt ervoor dat vorderingen daadwerkelijk worden geïncasseerd. Met jouw overtuigingskracht, vasthoudendheid en juridische kennis haal je resultaat waar anderen afhaken. Je houdt regie op jouw dossiers, benut kansen die zich voordoen en draagt zo direct bij aan het resultaat van SAR. Wat ga je doen? Als jurist binnen TVV richt je je volledig op het verhalen van vorderingen: - Je beoordeelt dossiers op verhaalsmogelijkheden en kansen. - Je stelt overtuigende sommaties en vorderingen op richting tegenpartijen. - Je voert telefonisch en schriftelijk overleg met tegenpartijen om tot betaling te komen. - Je gebruikt jouw overtuigingskracht en onderhandelingsvaardigheden om resultaat te behalen. - Je bepaalt zelfstandig strategie: schikken, doorzetten of escaleren. - Je denkt creatief in oplossingen als standaardroutes niet werken. - Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van onze aanpak en teamresultaten.
