USG Legal Jurist Woo Job Location Zwolle , Netherlands Job Description Over de functie Als junior Woo-jurist draag je bij aan een zorgvuldige en efficiënte afhandeling van Woo-verzoeken binnen een dynamische overheidsorganisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met beleidsdirecties, onderhoudt contact met verzoekers en zorgt ervoor dat alle verzoeken juridisch correct en tijdig worden behandeld. Dankzij jouw kennis van bestuursrecht en de Wet open overheid (Woo) kun je complexe vraagstukken analyseren en praktische oplossingen bieden. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren binnen een team waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan. Wat je gaat doen: Behandelen: zelfstandig afhandelen van binnenkomende Woo-verzoeken, inclusief coördinatie met beleidsdirecties. Documenten opvragen: verzamelen van benodigde informatie en documenten om verzoeken zorgvuldig te verwerken. Contact onderhouden: communiceren met verzoekers om verduidelijkingen te verkrijgen en afspraken te maken over de afhandeling. Adviseren: geven van juridisch advies over de toepassing van de Wet open overheid (Woo). Bijdragen: actief deelnemen aan kennisdeling en samenwerking binnen het team om processen te verbeteren. Over het bedrijf Vanuit USG Legal kom je te werken bij een overheidsorganisatie in Zwolle. Functie eisen Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Nederlands recht. Minimaal één jaar ervaring met Wet open overheid (Woo). Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en communiceert helder. In staat complexe juridische vraagstukken te analyseren en op te lossen. Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team. Wat we je bieden Een salaris tussen €3.579 en €4.999 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast.
