Jurist AI, privacy en IT in de zorg Geef juridisch richting aan ontwikkelingen die de zorg raken. 32-36 uur per week WO Leiden 22 oktober 2026 Privacy, digitalisering en AI stellen de zorg voor uitdagende juridische vragen. Wat kan, wat mag en wat werkt in de praktijk? Als jurist AI, privacy en IT bij de Nederlandse Transplantatie Stichting help jij om daarin heldere en zorgvuldige keuzes te maken. Je adviseert over privacy op het snijvlak van gezondheidsrecht, schrijft onze juridische kaders voor het gebruik van AI en werkt aan IT overeenkomsten. Dat doe je samen met een team van enthousiaste en ervaren collega's, binnen een organisatie met een bijzondere missie: mensen redden, levens verrijken, samen lukt het. Dit ga je doen Allereerst ga je aan de slag met de implementatie van de AI Act. Welke regels gelden er voor het gebruik van AI bij de applicaties die wij zelf bouwen, bijvoorbeeld voor het matchen van organen en weefsels? Mogen we gesprekken die door ons Orgaancentrum worden gevoerd laten transcriberen met AI? Jij helpt om op dit soort vragen heldere antwoorden te formuleren en ontwikkelt AI beleid en een praktisch juridisch toetsingskader. Daarnaast adviseer je gevraagd en ongevraagd over diverse privacyvraagstukken. Denk aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek met transplantatiegegevens en het gebruik van gezondheidsgegevens voor het monitoren van de keten van donatie tot transplantatie. Hierbij baseer je je niet alleen op de AVG, maar ook op de Wet op de orgaandonatie (Wod) en de Wet veiligheid en kwaliteit lichaamsmateriaal (Wvkl). Je ondersteunt collega's bij het uitvoeren van DPIA's en beoordeelt en handelt datalekken af. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met onze privacy juristen, de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming en de Chief Information Security Officer.
