(interim) Dit ga je doen - Je behandelt zelfstandig juridische dossiers binnen de volgende domeinen: - Arbeidsrecht - Minimaal één extra domein: huurrecht en/of onroerend goed en/of dierenrecht en/of consumentenrecht - Je adviseert cliënten onder andere over beëindiging van arbeidsovereenkomsten, complexe loonvorderingen, eenzijdige wijzigingen van arbeidsvoorwaarden en concurrentiebedingen. - Je vertegenwoordigt cliënten zelfstandig in juridische procedures waar nodig. - Je inventariseert en vertaalt juridische vraagstukken naar een realistische aanpak, planning en inzet. - Je levert juridisch hoogwaardige, praktische en oplossingsgerichte adviezen. - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, voortgang en efficiëntie binnen dossiers. - Je signaleert kansen voor aanvullende dienstverlening en bespreekt deze met cliënten. - Je draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving en de verdere ontwikkeling van ARAG On Demand. - Je deelt kennis en expertise binnen het team van juristen. - Een gemiddelde declarabiliteit van minimaal 60% (streefwaarde 80% ) van de beschikbare werktijd binnen ADOD. - Een gemiddelde klanttevredenheidsscore van minimaal 7,0 en maximaal 10,0 op basis van klantonderzoeken binnen ADOD. - Oplevering van dossiers die voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen van ADOD en succesvol interne kwaliteitscontroles doorstaan. Wij vragen van jou - Ruime ervaring binnen het arbeidsrecht en minimaal één extra domein zoals genoemd. - Ervaring met het zelfstandig voeren van procedures. - Het vermogen om juridische kwaliteit te combineren met ondernemend inzicht. - Uitstekende adviesvaardigheden en een pragmatische, klantgerichte werkwijze. - Ervaring met het zelfstandig bepalen van juridische strategieën. - Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Commerciële vaardigheden: het signaleren van de klantvraag en het koppelen van diensten....
