Binnen de directie Buitengewone Zaken Blauw van de Belastingdienst beoordeel je onafhankelijk en zorgvuldig complexe schadeverzoeken van gedupeerde ouders. Met jouw analytische scherpte en empathische communicatie bied je duidelijkheid en erkenning. Een verantwoordelijke rol op niveau !

Wie ben jij Om de schadeverzoeken zorgvuldig en onafhankelijk te kunnen beoordelen, voldoe je aan de volgende harde criteria:

- je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde Hbo of WO-opleiding of minimaal 3 jaar vergelijkbare werkervaring - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met het zelfstandig maken van inhoudelijke afwegingen binnen financiële en/of juridische kaders bij complexe dossiers - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met het behandelen of beoordelen van individuele verzoeken (bijv. schadevergoedingsregelingen of bezwaar- en beroepszaken). - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met het opstellen van inhoudelijk onderbouwde besluitvormingsdocumenten of adviezen. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift. - Ervaring met bestuursrecht, vaststellingsovereenkomsten (VSO) of werken in een politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelige omgeving is een sterke pré.

Wat ga je doen Binnen de directie BZB richt het project Mijn Herstel zich op de aanvullende schadevergoeding voor ouders die zijn geraakt door de Toeslagenaffaire. Ieder herstelproces is anders. Als medior jurist begeleid je ouders in hun proces en beoordeel je aanvragen integraal, zorgvuldig en onafhankelijk binnen het juridisch en financieel kader. Je levert maatwerk. Dat vraagt om een scherpe analytische blik én empathisch vermogen.
