- Over Vijverberg - Ons team Jurist bestuursrecht - junior (24 - 40 uur) Roos begon ooit net als jij: nieuwsgierig, net afgestudeerd en een ontluikende interesse voor bestuursrecht. Nu draait ze volle bak mee op hoog niveau, werkt ze aan complexe dossiers en voelt zich helemaal op haar plek. Waarom? Omdat ze bij Vijverberg de kans kreeg om zichzelf te ontwikkelen in een team dat haar serieus nam. En datzelfde team zoekt nu versterking. Dit ga je doen Vanaf dag 1 draai je direct lekker mee in het team. Je werkt mee aan dossiers, schrijft conceptstukken, duikt in onderzoeksopdrachten en stelt voor onder andere gemeenten en provincies regelgeving op. Je werkt samen met advocaten, adviseurs en andere collega's aan zaken die er echt toe doen. En het mooie is: je leert van de inhoud én van de mensen om je heen. Wat je oppakt, groeit met je mee. Roos Jeninga zei het zo: "Soms begin ik aan een onderwerp waar ik nog nooit van gehoord heb en een paar weken later weet ik er alles van. Die afwisseling en dat leerproces maken het werk zó leuk. " Wat maakt ons sterk? Teamwerk! Je komt terecht in het team bestuursrecht. Daarin zitten juridisch medewerkers, startende en ervaren adviseurs en advocaten. Waaronder Roos dus. Ieder heeft zijn of haar eigen specialisatie. Denk aan openbare orde en veiligheid, privacy, en openbaarheid, omgevingsrecht, toezicht en handhaving, staatssteun, subsidierecht en gemeenschappelijke regelingen. Het team houdt van puzzelen met ingewikkelde vragen en van samenwerken zonder ego's. Vijverberg: aangenaam We hebben trouwens sowieso geen egocultuur bij Vijverberg. Bij ons is het allemaal lekker laagdrempelig. Iedereen is gelijk en je kunt bij alle collega's je ei kwijt. En je vraag natuurlijk. Bij je buddy, maar ook gewoon bij de partners.
