Wegens zwangerschapsverlof zoekt MET ggz tijdelijk een stevige, strategisch onderlegde jurist/bestuurssecretaris die onze organisatie helpt bij het borgen van de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, goed bestuur, transparante besluitvorming en excellente kwaliteit van zorg. In deze rol ben je sparringpartner van de Raad van Bestuur, Raad van Toezicht en directeuren en geef je leiding aan de afdeling Governance & Compliance. Je slaat bruggen tussen beleid, uitvoering en toezicht, signaleert kansen en risico's en ondersteunt MET ggz in haar maatschappelijke opdracht: goede, toegankelijke en toekomstbestendige mentale gezondheidszorg. MET jou als jurist / bestuurssecretaris In deze rol geef je leiding aan de afdeling Governance & Compliance en zorg je voor een stabiele en professionele aansturing van het team. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en samenhang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat lopende dossiers, processen en ontwikkelingen zorgvuldig worden voortgezet. De afdeling Governance & Compliance zorgt ervoor dat MET ggz voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving, interne kwaliteitsstandaarden en externe eisen. Door efficiënter te werken en besluitvorming te stroomlijnen, zet de afdeling Governance & Compliance de basis van MET ggz nog sterker neer. Vanuit jouw expertise geef je richting aan het governance- en compliance beleid. Je bewaakt de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, adviseert de Raad van Bestuur, directeuren en het management over juridische en bestuurlijke vraagstukken.
