Ons gedreven juristenteam leidt handhavingsprocedures en bezwaar- en (hoger) beroepszaken in goede banen. Dit doen we organisatie-breed. Zo kunnen we ons gevarieerde werkgebied voor mens en natuur op orde houden. Ervaren Jurist Bouw- en Woningtoezicht Je komt terecht in een dynamisch werkveld. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende vraagstukken binnen het bouwrecht, vaak met hoge bestuurlijke- of maatschappelijke gevoeligheid. Verantwoordelijkheden - Je behandelt handhavingszaken op het gebied van bouwregelgeving, brandveiligheid, asbest, monumentenzorg en ruimtelijke ordening. - Je stelt juridische adviezen op, van vooraankondiging tot en met besluitvorming (zoals last onder dwangsom of -bestuursdwang). - Je voert procedures in bezwaar- en (hoger) beroep en vertegenwoordigt de colleges van B&W bij hoorzittingen van bezwaarschriftencommissies, de rechtbank en de Raad van State. - Je adviseert bestuurders, management en collega's uit eigen en van andere teams en bij gemeenten over juridisch complexe dossiers. - Je schakelt snel en daadkrachtig in spoedeisende situaties, zoals stillegging van de bouw of acuut gevaarlijke situaties. - Je zoekt waar mogelijk naar oplossingen in goed overleg, maar je weet ook wanneer handhaven noodzakelijk is. Wie ben jij? Je bent analytisch sterk, besluitvaardig en hebt het vermogen om juridische kaders helder uit te leggen aan uiteenlopende partijen.
