Als Jurist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledig beheer van schadeclaims binnen het domein Burgerlijke Aansprakelijkheid. Je behandelt schadedossiers van A tot Z en staat garant voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging. Je analyseert de dekking en beoordeelt de aansprakelijkheid met de nodige nauwkeurigheid en expertise. Daarnaast onderhoud je actief contact met verzekeraars, experten en tegenpartijen, waarbij je onderhandelt om tot de best mogelijke oplossing voor de klant te komen. Tot slot blijf je zelf leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te verdiepen in je vakgebied en je professionele ontwikkeling blijvend te versterken.

Met minstens drie jaar ervaring als schadebeheerder (of advocaat) en met grote interesse in burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid ben je een echte professional in je vak. Een juridische achtergrond is mooi meegenomen. Je denkt van nature klantgericht, luistert actief en geeft steeds correct en eerlijk advies, zonder de controle over het dossier te verliezen. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je complexe dossiers gemakkelijk te begrijpen en helder uit te leggen aan klanten en betrokken partijen. Tot slot blijf je zelf leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te verdiepen in je vakgebied en je professionele ontwikkeling blijvend te versterken.
