Zin om deel uit te maken van onze juridische dienst?

De juridische dienst is de grootste afdeling binnen D.A.S. Hier ontvangen wij de dossiers van onze verzekerden en trachten wij samen met hen hun geschil minnelijk op te lossen. Wij doen dit door zelf actief onderhandelingen te voeren, expertises te organiseren of indien nodig, een advocaat te gelasten. Wij staan onze verzekerden bij met raad en daad.

Jouw speeltuin

  • Je analyseert en beheert schadedossiers die betrekking kunnen hebben op volgende domeinen: lichamelijke schade (auto en niet-auto), medische fouten, arbeidsongevallen, burgerlijke partijstellingen, morele schade, gevoelige dossiers zoals aanranding,..
  • Je staat klanten bij omtrent hun rechten en mogelijkheden en je werkt passende minnelijke regelingen uit en volgt de gerechtelijke procedures op.
  • Je maakt graag deel uit van het team Corpo dat bestaat uit enthousiaste en ervaren beheerders in letselschade
  • Je werkt passende minnelijke regelingen uit en volgt de gerechtelijke procedures op Je staat altijd klaar om de makelaar op te vangen en onderhoudt de contacten met experten, dokters en advocaten
  • Je volgt de juridische actualiteit nauwgezet op
  • Je bent, naast het schadebeheer, bereid jouw steentje bij te dragen aan de teamwerking door het opnemen van een extra rol

Dit kan je afvinken:

  • Je hebt een Master in de rechten en hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug in beheer van voertuig - en/of letselschade.
  • Kennis van en affiniteit met een of meerdere van de bovenstaande domeinen
  • Het Nederlands beheers je perfect en ook in het Frans kan je je gemakkelijk uitdrukken
  • Klantvriendelijkheid en service bieden zijn voor jou een evidentie
  • Anderen omschrijven je als enthousiast, communicatief en vlot in de omgang
  • Je krijgt energie van beslissingen en initiatief nemen en zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor feedback van je collega’s
  • Je hoeft geen specialist te zijn maar weet efficiënt om te gaan met computerapps
