Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn een dynamisch en cliëntgericht notariskantoor in Ieper waar kwaliteit, toegankelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Ons team bestaat uit ervaren notarissen, juristen en administratieve medewerkers die dagelijks werken aan diverse dossiers in vastgoed-, familie- en vennootschapsrecht.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Notarieel Jurist(e) die mee wil bouwen aan een toekomstgericht kantoor.

Jouw functie

Als notarieel jurist beheer je zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z. Je bent een juridisch aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en begeleidt hen op een heldere en professionele manier.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van akten in vastgoed-, familie- en/of vennootschapsrecht
  • Juridische analyse en adviesverlening aan cliënten
  • Rechtstreeks contact met cliënten, banken en andere partijen
  • Samenwerking met notarissen en collega-juristen
  • Actieve bijdrage aan optimalisatie van werkprocessen

Jouw profiel

  • Master in de Rechten (eventueel met een Master-na-Master in het notariaat)
  • Ervaring in het notariaat is een plus, maar gemotiveerde starters zijn zeker ook welkom
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en cliëntgericht
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Teamspeler met zin voor initiatief
  • Discretie en professionaliteit zijn vanzelfsprekend
