Je adviseert over nalatenschappen, testamenten, erfverdelingen en geschillen tussen erfgenamen. Daarbij combineer je juridische expertise met een zorgvuldige en menselijke aanpak. Je analyseert complexe dossiers, brengt juridische mogelijkheden in kaart en begeleidt cliënten gedurende het gehele traject. Van een eerste juridisch advies tot onderhandelingen en procedures wanneer een oplossing uitblijft. Functieomschrijving Binnen deze rol behandel je erfrechtelijke dossiers van intake tot afronding.
