Jong en dynamisch kantoor met 20 medewerkers en 5 notarissen in recent vernieuwde kantoren te Gent - Centrum en Oostakker. Parkeermogelijkheid aan beide kantoren en vlot bereikbaar via het openbaar vervoer. Actief in alle domeinen van het notarieel recht met een sterke focus op klantgerichtheid & kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Jobomschrijving

Je rol

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren jurist die gespecialiseerd is in familierecht. In deze rol:

  • stel je zelfstandig akten op en beheer je zowel nalatenschapsdossiers als courante dossiers (testamenten, schenkingen, huwelijkscontracten, echtscheidingen met onderlinge toestemming).
  • zal je, zodra je volledig operationeel bent, de kans krijgen om je expertise uit te breiden met meer complexe dossiers in het familierecht (vereffening-verdeling, successieplanning).
  • volg je de wetgeving in je rechtsdomein op de voet.
  • deel je je expertise en praktische ervaring in dossiers met je collega’s tijdens de kantoorvergaderingen.
  • ben je het referentiepunt voor juridische kwesties in jouw vakgebied en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de junior dossierbeheerders.
  • speel je een actieve rol in de verbetering van onze dienstverlening aan cliënten door samen met je collega’s uniforme aktemodellen op te stellen en te beheren.

Je profiel

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma rechten en/of notariaat.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het notariaat of een andere juridische sector.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met standaard IT-tools (Microsoft Office) en bent bereid nieuwe toepassingen aan te leren.
  • Je integreert gemakkelijk in een groep en bent vlot in contacten met cliënten.
  • Je kan de juiste balans vinden tussen professioneel hulp bieden en empathie en begrip opbrengen voor de cliënten die een belangrijk moment in hun leven doormaken.
  • Je beheerst de kunst om complexe juridische taal te vertalen in eenvoudige termen die iedereen begrijpt.
  • Je draagt bij tot een uniforme structuur binnen het kantoor, waarbij je oog hebt voor mogelijke verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
