Voor een professioneel en groeiend kantoor in regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een Jurist die juridische vraagstukken graag omzet in concrete oplossingen voor klanten. Heb jij een passie voor ondernemingsrecht en werk je graag nauw samen met ondernemers? Dan is deze opportuniteit zeker iets voor jou!

?? Wat wordt jouw uitdaging?

  • Je stelt diverse juridische documenten op en beoordeelt deze, waaronder oprichtingsstatuten, managementovereenkomsten, huurcontracten, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten en overdrachten van handelsfondsen.
  • Je adviseert klanten over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken en begeleidt hen bij belangrijke beslissingen.
  • Je stelt verslagen en documenten op rond belangenvermenging, verklaringen van onbeslagbaarheid van de gezinswoning en zorgvolmachten.
  • Je verzorgt huurvernieuwingen en notuleert jaarlijkse bijeenkomsten, onder andere van burgerlijke maatschappen en vergaderingen.
  • Je biedt juridische ondersteuning bij vereffeningen, omvormingen, splitsingen en fusies.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en denkt proactief mee over de juridische behoeften van ondernemers.

  • Je beschikt over een master in de Rechten.
  • Je hebt interesse in ondernemingsrecht en vennootschapsrecht.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring in een juridische functie of binnen een professionele dienstverlenende omgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kunt complexe juridische materie helder uitleggen aan klanten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
