Jij onderzoekt wat de nieuwe lijn betekent en voorkomt dat de gemeente verdergaat op een achterhaalde onderbouwing. Voor jou is wetgeving geen vaststaand gegeven, maar dagelijkse gereedschapskist die voortdurend verandert. Als jurist handhaving volg je ontwikkelingen binnen bestuursrecht en omgevingsrecht en vertaalt deze naar concrete zaken. Daardoor blijft jouw werk inhoudelijk scherp en relevant. Via koen werk je op detacheringsbasis bij verschillende gemeenten. Iedere organisatie brengt andere dossiers, lokale regels en juridische vragen mee. Daardoor verdiep je jouw expertise terwijl je ziet hoe verschillende gemeenten vergelijkbare handhavingsproblemen aanpakken. Werken als jurist binnen gemeentelijke handhaving vraagt dat je verder kijkt dan standaardprocedures. Je analyseert jurisprudentie, beoordeelt bewijs en onderzoekt welke bevoegdheden daadwerkelijk kunnen worden ingezet. Je toetst besluiten aan de Awb, Omgevingswet en relevante lokale regelgeving. Ook stel je verweerschriften op en verdedig je de juridische redenering wanneer een zaak in bezwaar of beroep komt. Een juridisch sterk dossier voorkomt willekeur en maakt duidelijk waarom de gemeente wel of niet optreedt. Jouw kennis krijgt daarmee direct praktische betekenis. Wat vandaag een juridische analyse achter je scherm is, bepaalt morgen welke ruimte inwoners, ondernemers en de gemeente daadwerkelijk hebben. - Je volgt relevante jurisprudentie en vertaalt nieuwe juridische lijnen naar lopende handhavingszaken; - Je toetst complexe dossiers aan bestuursrecht, omgevingsrecht en toepasselijke lokale regelgeving; - Je onderzoekt bevoegdheden, ...
