Jij weet wat het juiste moment is om in actie te komen en hoe je overlast moet aanpakken. Als jurist maak jij je snel zichtbaar bij de opdrachtgever en voeg jij extra waarde toe aan de gemeente. Daarnaast heb jij je woordje altijd klaar staan en ben jij een meester in h et opstellen van vooraanschrijvingen, handhavingsbesluiten en verweerschriften. Jij vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures wanneer dat nodig is. Vereisten Jurist Handhaving - Beschikt over een ruime ervaring op het gebied van jurist handhaving omgevingsrecht; - Jij hebt kennis en ervaring met het gebruik van handhaving Wabo, Woningwet, opleggen last onder dwangsom en bestuursdwang; - Beschikt over het werk en denk niveau van een HBO opleiding; - Probleemoplossend vermogen; - Jij bent communicatief vaardig Arbeidsvoorwaarden Jurist Handhaving - Een functie met veel diversiteit en zelfstandigheid; - Klein en gezellig team binnen een stabiele en groeiende gemeenschap; - Goed salaris op basis van jou ervaring en kennis; - Uitstekende primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
