Dein Aufgabenbereich

* Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Miet-, Dienstbarkeits- und Leihverträgen sowie sonstigen Verträgen und Vereinbarungen

* Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Abwicklung von Wohnungseigentums- und Kaufverträgen

* Koordination und Begleitung der gesamten Vertragsabwicklung

* Bearbeitung grundbuchsrelevanter Angelegenheiten sowie Verwaltung und Prüfung von Urkunden

* Rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung der Immobilienverwaltung und der technischen Abteilung

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Rechtsfällen

* Erstellung von rechtlichen Stellungnahmen und Korrespondenz

Dein Profil

* Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts

* Zusatzqualifikation Befähigungsprüfung Immobilientreuhänder wünschenswert

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Immobilien-, Vertrags- oder Liegenschaftsrecht ergänzen Ihre Fachkompetenz

* Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und Grundbuchsrecht

* Kenntnisse im Wohnrecht, insbesondere Wohnungsgemeinnützigkeitsrecht

* Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, professionelles Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Fundierte EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (v.a. MS-Office, idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse)

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens € 52.500,00 vorgesehen (38h/Woche), mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag für die Angestellten der Gemeinnützigen Wohnungswirtschaft Österreich.
