Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung und Durchführung von öffentlichen Vergabeverfahren und Bestellungen unter Berücksichtigung des Bundesvergabegesetzes

* Verhandlungsführung mit internen und externen Beteiligten

* Einsatz in sämtlichen juristischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Belangen des Einkaufs der OeNB

* Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen unter Berücksichtigung privat- und öffentlich-rechtlicher Vorschriften

* Vergaberechtliche Beratung

* Mitarbeit in hausinternen Projekten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften

* Profunde Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht und Vertragsrecht

* Praktische Erfahrung mit der Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse eines elektronischen Aktenwesens von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Einsatzbereitschaft und selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

EUR 56.025,- auf Vollzeitbasis (exkl. allfälliger Überstunden). Bei entsprechender Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung bieten wir eine marktkonforme Überzahlung.
