Jurist Letselschade (MZL) - Nijmegen - Nijmegen Takenhofplein 2 - Bovemij Verzekeringen - HBO, HBO/ WO - 24-40 - Juridisch & Verzekeringen Op 1 juli 2026 heeft a.s.r. de verzekeringsactiviteiten van Bovemij overgenomen. RDC en Autotrust zijn eigendom geworden van BOVAG. Daarnaast zetten a.s.r. en BOVAG de distributieactiviteiten van Bovemij en ENRA voort in een joint venture. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als Personenschadebehandelaar bij Bovemij kom je te werken binnen het team Middelzwaar Letsel (MZL), onderdeel van de afdeling Personenschade. Dit team richt zich op de afhandeling van middelzware tot zware, complexe letselschades. Je helpt slachtoffers die lichamelijke of geestelijke schade hebben opgelopen. Hun leven kan voor langere tijd ingrijpend veranderen. Als Personenschadebehandelaar is het daarom aan jou om hier zorgvuldig en empathisch mee om te gaan. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen alle betrokken partijen en weet sturing te geven aan een rechtvaardige afwikkeling van dossiers. Je krijgt energie van succesvolle gesprekken met belangenbehartigers en hebt een duidelijke visie op de behandeling van middelzware letselschadedossiers. Wat ga je doen als Jurist Letselschade bij Bovemij? - Het zelfstandig behandelen van nieuwe en lopende letselschadedossiers binnen het segment Middelzwaar Letsel (MZL); - Het behouden van de regie over je dossiers en zorgen voor een rechtvaardige en voortvarende afhandeling; - Het onderhouden van contact met slachtoffers, belangenbehartigers en andere betrokken partijen; - Het nemen van initiatief in onderhandelingen en het vinden van oplossingen die voor alle partijen werken; - Het continu verbeteren van onze dienstverlening en processen samen met je collega's; - Het delen van je kennis en expertise binnen het team om gezamenlijk de beste resultaten te behalen.
