Denk aan een vergunning die bepaalt of iemand kan bouwen, een handhavingsbesluit dat een onderneming raakt, of schade door overheidshandelen. Als Jurist Bestuursrecht bij Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand (SAR) help je klanten om hun recht te halen én verder te kijken dan alleen het juridische oordeel. Je brengt helderheid, biedt perspectief en maakt het recht toegankelijk. Je werkt binnen het themateam Wonen & Leven aan bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken voor particuliere, zakelijke en agrarische klanten. Je behandelt dossiers van intake tot en met bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures, eventueel tot in de rechtbank. In deze rol combineer je inhoudelijke diepgang met maatschappelijk inzicht en werk je nauw samen met collega‑juristen, terwijl je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk bent voor je eigen caseload. Wat ga je doen? - Je biedt juridische ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken, waaronder omgevingsrecht en overheidsaansprakelijkheid. - Je behandelt dossiers van intake tot bezwaar- en beroepsprocedure, eventueel tot in de rechtbank. - Je stelt voor klanten een helder plan van aanpak op en maakt hun juridische positie inzichtelijk. - Je schakelt met verschillende overheidsinstanties en vertegenwoordigt de belangen van jouw klanten. - Je stemt inhoudelijk af met collega-juristen en spart over complexe casuïstiek. De afdeling Als jurist bestuursrecht werk je binnen het thema Wonen & Leven van Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand. Binnen dit thema zijn meerdere teams actief met elk 9 tot 12 collega's, verdeeld over standplaatsen in Apeldoorn, Leeuwarden, Leiden en Tilburg. Je werkt...
