Jurist Omgevingsrecht Gemeente Nissewaard Solliciteer plaats Spijkenisse salaris 4.520 - 6.422 onderwijs HBO Binnen de eenheid Ruimtelijk Beheer werkt het team Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH) dagelijks aan een veilige, leefbare en toekomstbestendige omgeving. Het team beweegt zich midden in het fysieke domein en heeft een belangrijke rol bij de uitvoering van de Omgevingswet. Als Jurist Omgevingsrecht werk je aan complexe dossiers waarin juridische inhoud, bestuurlijke afwegingen en maatschappelijke belangen samenkomen. Je begeleidt initiatieven van idee tot besluit, adviseert collega's en bestuur en vertegenwoordigt de gemeente in juridische procedures. Daarbij schakel je intensief met interne collega's, initiatiefnemers en externe partners. Wat doe je - Toetsen en adviseren over complexe aanvragen voor omgevingsplanactiviteiten, waaronder BOPA's en conceptverzoeken. - Zelfstandig behandelen van juridische dossiers op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving. - Optreden als casemanager bij complexe initiatieven aan de omgevingstafel en zorgen voor integrale afstemming. - Adviseren van collega's en bestuur over het omgevingsrecht en aanverwante regelgeving, gevraagd en ongevraagd. - Voeren van verweer namens de gemeente in bezwaar-, (hoger) beroepsprocedures. - Behandelen van verzoeken om nadeelcompensatie. - Deelnemen aan juridische en beleidsmatige overleggen, zowel intern als extern. Vereisten - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding Rechtsgeleerdheid, bij voorkeur Nederlands recht. - Bij voorkeur een master staats- en bestuursrecht met specialisatie in het omgevingsrecht. - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het omgevingsrecht/VTH, bij voorkeur bij een overheidsorganisatie. - Aantoonbare ervaring met bezwaar-, beroep- en hoger beroepsprocedures. - Gedegen kennis van de Omgevingswet en overige relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Sterk analytisch vermogen en goede schriftelijke en mondelinge advi...
