Zet jouw juridische expertise in voor een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving! Wil jij bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van een toekomstbestendige fysieke leefomgeving? Als Jurist Omgevingswet vertaal je ruimtelijke ambities naar juridisch sterke en toepasbare regels. Je werkt aan het Omgevingsplan, adviseert over complexe ruimtelijke vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat beleid en regelgeving goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je opereert op het snijvlak van recht, beleid en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Samen met collega's, bestuurders en externe partijen werk je aan uiteenlopende opgaven binnen de gemeente. Met jouw juridische expertise, adviesvaardigheden en gevoel voor bestuurlijke belangen zorg je voor heldere kaders en haalbare oplossingen. Taken pakket: - Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van het Omgevingsplan en Omgevingswet-instrumenten - Adviseren over juridische vraagstukken binnen ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen - Vertalen van beleid naar juridisch robuuste regels en procedures - Adviseren van bestuur en collega's over omgevingsrechtelijke vraagstukken - Coördineren van wijzigingsprocedures en samenwerken met verschillende disciplines - Afgeronde hbo opleiding - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring met bestuursrecht en/of omgevingsrecht - Werkervaring met het adviseren van bestuur - Recente werkervaring bij een gemeente/ gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
