Jurist ondernemingsrecht en/of arbeidsrecht - WNT - 32 - 40 uur per week - Een laptop en thuiswerkset - Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring Aandacht kunnen geven aan wat jij echt belangrijk vindt en zo het verschil maken. BDO is de plek waar jij dit samen met jouw collega's doet. Zo zet jij jouw organisatievermogen en kwaliteitsgerichtheid in om onze klanten die publieke organisaties zijn, te voorzien van ondernemingsrechtelijk en/of arbeidsrechtelijk advies. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat deze klanten voldoen aan de Wet Normering Topinkomens (WNT). Er wordt in een hecht team met veel energie en enthousiasme in een informele en prettige sfeer gewerkt om het team en de juridische praktijk nog verder te ontwikkelen. Het juridisch team heeft een omvangrijke portefeuille van zorginstellingen, lokale overheden, maatschappelijke organisaties en woningcorporaties. Als Jurist Ondernemingsrecht/Arbeidsrecht WNT ondersteun je de meer Senior Juristen die werkzaam zijn binnen de bestaande Legal Publieke Sector praktijk. Je werkt samen aan ondernemingsrechtelijke en/of arbeidsrechtelijke WNT-zaken en je wordt in staat gesteld om een eigen praktijk op te bouwen. Daarnaast wordt ook aan jouw eigen ontwikkeling gedacht. Je wordt goed begeleid en haalt het beste uit je talent via de BDO & Legal Talent Academie. - Het zelfstandig of samen met een Senior Jurist, voeren van adviesgesprekken met de klant. - Het controleren van instellingen die vallen onder de WNT. - Het opstellen van adviesmemo s inzake de WNT. - Het samenwerken met collega's van andere disciplines binnen BDO.
