JOB-3595268 Als Jurist Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling versterk je tijdelijk het team Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling van een gemeente. Je behandelt zelfstandig principeverzoeken en ruimtelijke initiatieven binnen de kaders van de Omgevingswet. Daarbij zorg je voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve beoordeling van initiatieven en lever je juridisch-planologisch advies. Je beweegt je makkelijk tussen initiatiefnemers, adviseurs, collega’s en bestuur en weet uiteenlopende belangen zorgvuldig af te wegen. In deze opdracht krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en lever je een directe bijdrage aan ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen binnen de gemeente. Wat ga je doen - Je behandelt principeverzoeken en ruimtelijke initiatieven van A tot Z. - Je toetst ruimtelijke onderbouwingen aan wet- en regelgeving, relevante beleidskaders en ETFAL. - Je stemt af met initiatiefnemers, adviseurs, interne vakspecialisten en het college van B&W. - Je geeft integraal advies over de mogelijkheden, kansen en risico’s van ontwikkelingen. - Je beoordeelt ruimtelijke initiatieven tijdig en kwalitatief zorgvuldig binnen de kaders van de Omgevingswet. Over jou - Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers. - Je kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende partijen en beweegt je soepel in een bestuurlijke omgeving. - Je communiceert helder en weet adviezen overtuigend en goed onderbouwd over te brengen. - Je bent in staat om verschillende belangen zorgvuldig af te wegen. Eisen - Je beschikt over minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt kennis van ruimtelijke ontwikkeling en het stelsel van de Omgevingswet. - Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en goed samenwerken met verschillende partijen.
