Met jouw kennis van ruimtelijke regelgeving draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van onze leefomgeving. Je zorgt dat plannen binnen de juridische kaders passen én uitvoerbaar zijn. Wat ga je doen? Je bent de juridisch adviseur bij alles wat met ruimtelijke ordening te maken heeft. Je kijkt mee bij nieuwe initiatieven, toetst plannen aan wet- en regelgeving en begeleidt procedures rond bijvoorbeeld omgevingsplannen. Ook lever je proactief input bij beleidsontwikkeling en denk je mee over de toepassing van de Omgevingswet. Door jou: - zijn vergunningen en ruimtelijke plannen goed onderbouwd; - verlopen bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures zorgvuldig en volgens de regels; - worden juridische risico's tijdig gesignaleerd en helder gecommuniceerd; - kunnen collega's bouwen op duidelijk advies bij complexe dossiers; - blijft de juridische kwaliteit van ons ruimtelijk beleid op orde. Wat je in elk geval van ons krijgt: - Een salaris van maximaal €6.422,- (schaal 11); - een arbeidsovereenkomst voor één jaar met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - een individueel keuzebudget (IKB) van 17,05% bovenop je bruto maandsalaris. Dit IKB kun je op verschillende manieren besteden, bijvoorbeeld voor het kopen van extra verlof, maandelijkse uitbetaling of de aanschaf van een fiets...
