Adviseer, analyseer en zorg dat ruimtelijke ambities juridisch stevig staan Als Juridisch Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening adviseer je over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken binnen de fysieke leefomgeving. Je bent betrokken bij ruimtelijke plannen en ontwikkelingen en bewaakt daarbij de juridische kaders. Met jouw kennis zorg je ervoor dat procedures zorgvuldig worden doorlopen en besluiten goed gemotiveerd en juridisch bestendig zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere beleidsmedewerkers, projectleiders en vergunningverleners. Je herkent mogelijke juridische knelpunten voordat deze problemen opleveren en weet complexe regelgeving te vertalen naar duidelijke en toepasbare adviezen. Ook houd je ontwikkelingen binnen het omgevingsrecht nauwlettend in de gaten en help je de organisatie om hierop in te spelen. Wat ga je doen? - Adviseren over juridische aspecten van ruimtelijke vraagstukken - Beoordelen en opstellen van ruimtelijke plannen en juridische documenten - Begeleiden van planologische procedures en besluitvorming - Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie in juridische procedures - Vertalen van nieuwe wetgeving naar praktische werkwijzen - Afgeronde hbo bachelor opleiding rechten - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als Jurist/ Beleidsadviseur RO - Ervaring met het beoordelen van bestemmingsplanprocedures - Recente werkervaring bij een gemeente/ gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
