Jurist ruimtelijke ordening/ VTH Gemeente Roermond zoekt een Jurist RO/ VTH - Roermond - Ruimtelijk Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER - Gemeente Roermond De positie De taakinhoud in hoofdlijnen: - Het uitvoeren van plantoetsing aan de hand van het omgevingsplan en bestaand (gemeentelijk) beleid; - Het adviseren van medewerkers over vraagstukken op het gebied van ruimtelijke ordening en aanvragen om omgevingsvergunningen; - Het beoordelen en afhandelen van conceptverzoeken, onderbouwingen en aanvragen omgevingsvergunningen op het gebied van ruimtelijke ordening; - Het adviseren over en de procedurele begeleiding van verschillende ruimtelijke plannen, in hoofdzaak omgevingsvergunningen maar ook omgevingsplanwijzigingen; - Het behandelen van zienswijzen, bezwaar- en beroepsschriften; - Het opstellen van (juridisch) planologische adviezen. Over het bedrijf Je komt via YER te werken bij de gemeente Roermond, de stad van ontmoeting, verbinding en samenwerking. Een historische stad voor jong en oud, waar men voor elkaar zorgt, met een bloeiende economie in retail, leisure en industrie, en waar men samenwerkt aan duurzame ontwikkeling.
