Wil je je expertise in het Belgische arbeidsrecht inzetten in een functie waarin je ondernemers rechtstreeks adviseert, zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en kunt doorgroeien als expert of leidinggevende?

Wat ga je doen?

Als senior jurist sociaal recht adviseer je een gevarieerde portefeuille van ondernemers en werkgevers over complexe vragen rond tewerkstelling en Belgisch arbeidsrecht.

Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren payrollteam en vertaalt complexe wetgeving naar duidelijke en praktisch toepasbare oplossingen.

Concreet sta je onder meer in voor:

  • sociaaljuridisch advies aan werkgevers;
  • het opstellen en actualiseren van arbeidsovereenkomsten, arbeidsreglementen en HR-policies;
  • de begeleiding van sociale inspecties en controles;
  • advies over grensoverschrijdende tewerkstelling en salary splits tussen België en Nederland;
  • loon- en tewerkstellingssimulaties;
  • complexe arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers;
  • het opvolgen van wijzigingen in wetgeving en rechtspraak;
  • kennisdeling met collega’s binnen payroll, accountancy en fiscaliteit.

Je behandelt niet alleen juridische vragen, maar denkt actief mee met ondernemers. Je maakt risico’s begrijpelijk, stelt concrete oplossingen voor en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op.

Wil je je vooral verder ontwikkelen als inhoudelijke expert in sociaal recht? Dan krijg je daarvoor alle ruimte en autonomie.

Heb je ervaring of interesse in people management? Dan kun je op termijn ook een coachende en leidinggevende rol opnemen binnen het sociaaljuridische team.

Je hoeft niet alleen sterk te zijn in de juridische inhoud. Ook jouw adviesvaardigheden, betrokkenheid en vermogen om vertrouwen op te bouwen maken in deze functie het verschil.
