Voor een gerenommeerd bedrijf gelegen in ?? Gentbrugge, gaan we op zoek naar een gedreven Jurist voor op de studie dienst van ons bloeiend accountancy kantoor.

Welke uitdagingen jij onder je vleugels zal nemen als Jurist studiedienst:

  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten en teamleden voor alle fiscale vragen;
  • Intern en extern advies verstrekken rond fiscaal, economisch, fusie-splisting, herstructurering, statutenwijzigingen, stopzetting, successieplanning,..
  • Opstellen van fiscale optimalisaties en geven van advies;
  • Contractvoorbereidingen: aannemingscontracten, huurovereenkomsten, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten,.. Dit doe je door gebruik van Instaclause;
  • Begeleiding en ondersteuning bij fiscale procedures en controles;
  • Rulings opstellen en bezwaarschriften indienen;
  • Verdedigen van de belangen en vertegenwoordigen van onze klanten;
  • Je bereidt de diverse fiscale aangiftes voor zoals aangifte personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting en rechtspersonenbelasting, via Adsolut fiscaal dossier.
  • Je bereidt de verslagen van het bestuursorgaan, de verslagen van de gewone algemene vergadering en de bijzondere algemene vergadering voor. Dit verloopt via Instaclause.;
  • Bewaken van de privacywetgeving binnen de onderneming/

Profiel

Wat wij van jou verwachten als Jurist studiedienst:

  • Masterdiploma in rechten-fiscaal recht op zak?
  • Beschik je over een grondige kennis van het Office pakket?
  • Vlotte pen in Nederlands?
  • Zin om te evolueren en te groeien en sta je bovendien open om bijkomende opleidingen te volgen?
  • beschik je over een analytisch denkvermogen, waarbij je kritisch bent ingesteld en je oog hebt voor detail?
  • Ben je in staat verschillende taken efficiënt en gestructureerd af te werken?
  • Hou je van een gezonde portie gezonde stress?
  • Ben je bovendien een echte teamspeler?
