Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan zorgvuldige besluitvorming binnen de gemeente. Daarnaast begeleid je een junior medewerker en lever je inhoudelijke juridische ondersteuning. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin je snel schakelt tussen verschillende dossiers en bestuurlijke vraagstukken. Met jouw expertise help je de organisatie om vergunningverlening professioneel en zorgvuldig uit te voeren. Wat ga je doen - Je beoordeelt aanvragen om vergunningen voor de exploitatie openbare inrichting, Alcoholwet en evenementen. - Je werkt een junior medewerker in. Eisen - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde juridische opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau. - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar op het gebied van exploitatievergunningen en alcoholwetvergunningen. Wensen - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar op het gebied van Exploitatie- en Alcoholwetvergunning. - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het voeren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met bestuurlijke advisering bij een overheidsorganisatie. Competenties - Je beschikt over sterke mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardigheid. - Je beschikt over sterke schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid. - Je werkt resultaatgericht. - Je werkt graag samen met anderen. - Je bent assertief. - Je bent kritisch. - Je hebt een sterk analyserend vermogen. - Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren.
