The posting

Voor een groeiend accountants- en advieskantoor zoeken we een Jurist Vermogensplanning die klanten wil begeleiden bij belangrijke juridische en fiscale vraagstukken rond hun vermogen, familiale opvolging en ondernemingen.

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team van juristen, fiscalisten en economisten, waar kennisdeling, samenwerking en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan. Je krijgt veel autonomie in je dossiers en de ruimte om je verder te specialiseren binnen vermogensplanning.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor concrete juridische vragen van klanten en klantverantwoordelijken rond vermogensplanning.
  • Je verstrekt juridisch advies en werkt vermogensplanningen op maat uit.
  • Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het volledige proces, inclusief familiale opvolging binnen ondernemingen.
  • Je stelt ontwerpaktes en overeenkomsten op en kijkt extern aangeleverde ontwerpen na.
  • Je volgt de juridische actualiteit nauwgezet op en vertaalt relevante ontwikkelingen naar de praktijk.
  • Je verzamelt kennis en deelt deze met collega's en klanten.
  • Je ondersteunt interne dossierbeheerders bij specifieke juridische vraagstukken.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen planning en dossiers.
  • Je werkt mee in zelfsturende, multidisciplinaire teams en denkt mee over oplossingen die verder gaan dan de standaard.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten, een master notariaat of gelijkwaardige juridische opleiding.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring als jurist of advocaat.
  • Een bijkomende opleiding of specialisatie in vermogensplanning is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in huwelijksvermogensrecht, erf- en schenkingsrecht en de fiscale aspecten die hiermee samenhangen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kritisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent klantgericht en proactief en denkt graag verder dan de klassieke oplossingen.
  • Je kan op een discrete en professionele manier omgaan met gevoelige informatie.
  • Je staat met beide voeten op de grond en hebt een nuchtere en pragmatische ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent collegiaal, werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
