Aufgaben

* Dich erwartet ein vielfältiger juristischer Tätigkeitsbereich mit Fokus auf Software- und IT-Recht

* Du bist für die Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen verantwortlich

* Du berätst unsere Fachbereiche bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen und begleitest sie laufenden bei rechtlichen Agenden

* Du verwaltest die zentral abgelegten Vertragsunterlagen

* Du kümmerst dich um das Management unserer Wartungsverträge

* Du arbeitest mit der Automatisierungsabteilung an der Optimierung und Automatisierung juristischer Prozesse

Qualifikationen

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes rechtliches Studium (einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil)

* Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Word und Excel)

* Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Tasks und Tickets in Tools wie Jira oder ServiceNow ist von Vorteil

* Du hast fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Du arbeitest sorgfältig und zuverlässig und gehst sensibel mit vertraulichen Daten um

* Du zeichnest dich durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft aus

* Du bist Lösungsorientiert und ein Teamplayer
