Fur unsere Rechtsabteilung in der Wiener Zentrale suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Interesse am Wohn- und Zivilrecht. 1 Jurist (w/m/d) Aufgaben

* Rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen in wohn- und zivilrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Erstellung, Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung von Verträgen und rechtlichen Dokumenten

* Bearbeitung von miet-, wohnungs- und zivilrechtlichen Angelegenheiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Gerichten, Rechtsanwälten und externen Partnern

* Beobachtung aktueller rechtlicher Entwicklungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

* Rechtliche Begleitung von Projekten im Bereich Wohnen und Immobilien

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts, Absolvierung des Wahlfachkorbes Wohnrecht von Vorteil

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder Immobiliengesellschaft

* Know-How im Bereich Wohnrecht

* Kenntnisse des Wohnungsgemeinnützigkeitsgesetzes (WGG) sind von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes Interesse an immobilienrechtlichen Fragestellungen
