Als Senior Jurist Zwaar Letsel bij Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand maak jij juist op die momenten het verschil. Je helpt klanten die ernstig letsel hebben opgelopen en zet jouw juridische expertise in om hun letselschade te verhalen op de aansprakelijke partij. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de juridische kant van de zaak, maar ook naar de mens achter het dossier. Binnen het themateam Letsel behandel je complexe letselschadedossiers. Je analyseert snel wat er speelt, bepaalt de juridische strategie en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Omdat de impact van deze zaken groot is, werk je nauw samen met klanten, collega-juristen en externe specialisten. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je dossiers, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op om voor iedere klant het best mogelijke resultaat te bereiken. Met jouw werk draag je direct bij aan het toegankelijk houden van het recht voor mensen die zich in een kwetsbare situatie bevinden. Wat ga je doen? - Je behandelt complexe zaken op het gebied van zwaar letsel als gevolg van onder meer verkeersongevallen, arbeidsongevallen en medische kunstfouten. - Je verhaalt de letselschade van klanten op de aansprakelijke partij en voert hierover zelfstandig de regie. - Je analyseert dossiers, bepaalt de juridische aanpak en vertaalt deze naar concrete vervolgstappen. - Je bezoekt klanten waar nodig thuis om hun situatie goed in beeld te brengen en hen persoonlijk te begeleiden. - Je stemt af met collega-juristen, externe specialistische bureaus, advocaten of juristen van de tegenpartij en waar nodig met de kantonre...
