Conformément à la règlementation en vigueur, vous préparez sur le plan juridique des dossiers judiciaires de votre (sous-)section afin de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs opérationnels de celle-ci.

En tant que gestionnaire juridique de dossiers actif dans un ou plusieurs domaines du droit, vous préparez les orientations ou décisions judiciaires dans certaines affaires, dans une mesure variable selon leur complexité, et au cours d'une ou de plusieurs phases de la procédure, sous la responsabilité et la supervision du magistrat de parquet et conformément aux directives de la politique criminelle nationale et locale ainsi qu'aux règles de politique en matière de défense de l'intérêt général, afin de contribuer à une optimisation qualitative et quantitative du traitement des dossiers judiciaires de votre (sous-)section.

En tant que jurisconsulte, vous fournissez un appui spécialisé à la demande du magistrat de parquet, afin de contribuer à une optimisation qualitative et quantitative du traitement de dossiers judiciaires individuels par le magistrat.

En tant que gestionnaire des connaissances, développez et maintenez à niveau votre expertise afin d'optimiser votre fonctionnement

En tant qu'acteur de réseau, vous développez et entretenez des contacts informels dans le cadre de votre domaine d'expertise afin de contribuer à un meilleur fonctionnement de la section et, dans la mesure du possible, à une harmonisation de ses processus avec ceux d'autres sections du ministère public et des autres partenaires professionnels.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de licencié ou master en droit délivré par une Université belge après au moins 5 années d'études et avez exercé, à titre d'activité professionnelle principale, une fonction juridique dans le droit belge pendant au moins un an (voir rubrique procédure de sélection ci-dessous).
  • Vous pensez de manière critique et savez gérer une charge de travail importante en résistant au stress. Vous communiquez de façon ciblée, claire et professionnelle. Vous êtes orienté·e clients et savez agir avec probité et diligence. Vous cherchez à vous développer et actualisez fréquemment vos compétences.
  • Vous faites preuve d'une bonne motivation, ainsi que d'une connaissance approfondie de l'organisation judiciaire.
