En tant que juriste spécialisé en immobilier:

- Vous serez appelé à rédiger des actes et à traiter des dossiers liés à du droit immobilier (ventes et crédits).

- Vous vous assurez du bon déroulement de toutes les formalités effectuées avant et après la passation de l’acte.

- Vous serez directement en contact avec la clientèle.

- Vous bénéficierez de l’aide d’une collaboratrice administrative pour vos recherches, contacts avec les administrations et pour les tâches administratives.

En tant que juriste spécialisé en immobilier:

- Vous travaillez de manière autonome et appréciez également de travailler en équipe.

- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, proactif et apprécier le contact avec la clientèle.

- Vous serez au minimum détenteur d’un master en droit et/ou un master en notariat.

- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du Français et avez une bonne notion du Néerlandais, vous permettant de communiquer oralement et par écrit de manière professionnelle.

- Vous avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans le notariat ou en tant qu’avocat spécialisé dans le droit immobilier.
