Gasthaus am Spittelberg - Familienbetrieb seit 1969

Unser bodenständiges Gasthaus mit typischer Wiener Küche wird seit über 50 Jahren betrieben.

Zur Unterstützung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir zum baldigen Eintritt; 1 Köche/Köchin oder Hilfskoch/-köchin mit Kochkenntnissen in der Wiener Küche (m/w/d)

Teilzeitbeschäftigung (30-35 Wochenstunden) im Rahmen einer 5-Tage Woche, nach Vereinbarung mit der Dienstgeberin.

Vorerst im Rahmen einer saisonalen Befristung;

von 13.11.2026 bis 23.12.2026

Mit der Option auf dauerhafte Übernahme ab April 2027

bei entsprechender Eignung!

Kernarbeitszeit:

* Mittwoch bis Sonntag, von 16:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr

* Montag und Dienstag immer frei (Ruhetage)

* mit Sonn- und Feiertagsdienst!

Dienstbeginn: Freitag, 13.11.2026!

Arbeitsort: 1070 Wien

Wir suchen nette und fachkundige Köche/Köchinnen der Wiener Küche.

Haben Sie den Beruf als Koch/Köchin erlernt, oder sind Sie ein/e Quereinsteiger/in mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in der "Wiener Traditionsküche"

WENN JA => Dann sind Sie genau die Person die wir suchen!

Anforderungen:

- Lehrabschluss und/oder Berufserfahrung als Koch/Köchin

- Fundierte Kochkenntnisse in der traditionellen Wiener Küche!

- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse, der Tätigkeit entsprechend

- Mit der Bereitschaft auch am Wochenende und an Feiertagen zu arbeiten

- HACCP Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften

- Selbständige Arbeitsweise

- Körperlich belastbar

- Stressresistent und motiviert

- Zuverlässig

Formales:

- Versicherungsdatenauszug bei Dienstbeginn

Kostenersatz durch die Dienstgeberin

(sofern erforderlich)

Aufgaben:

- Vorspeisenzubereitung

- À-la-carte-Küche, Hausmannskost

- Zubereitung von Fischgerichten

- Süßspeisenzubereitung
