Das klimaneutrale Restaurant mit atemberaubendem Ausblick präsentiert sich modern, fröhlich und voller Leben. Das Restaurant mit 220 Innensitzplätzen und 330 Sonnensitzplätzen begeistert mit hausgemachter Holzofenpizza, italienischer Pasta und modernen Hüttenklassikern. 1 Küchenchef/in Beschäftigung ab Anfang Wintersaison oder ab sofort möglich

Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

* Du organisierst und koordinierst den Küchenbetrieb und leitest das Küchenteam.

* Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und bist für die Qualitätssicherung verantwortlich.

* Du bringst dich proaktiv und kreativ mit kulinarischen Ideen für die Menü- und Speisekarte ein.

* Du bist für die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP verantwortlich.

* Du überwachst und verwaltest den Lagerbestand und übernimmst die Bestellung von Lebensmitteln und Zutaten.

* Die Kostenkontrolle und Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Das bringst du mit:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Koch/Küchenmeister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Du förderst das Miteinander im Team und lebst eine offene und respektvolle Kommunikation.

* Du begeisterst dich für die Gastfreundschaft und Dienstleistung.

* Die Freude an der Arbeit in der Küche und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* Geregelte Arbeitszeiten. Öffnungszeiten von ca. 09.00-17.00 Uhr (ausgenommen exklusive Veranstaltungen).
