Für unser ARCOTEL Nike in Linz suchen wir ab sofort 1 Küchenchef/in Haben Sie eine Leidenschaft für exzellente Küche und herausragenden Service und möchten eine Schlüsselrolle in einer renommierten Küche einnehmen? Unser Hotelrestaurant sucht einen engagierten Küchenchef (all genders), der unsere Gäste mit innovativen und geschmackvollen Gerichten begeistert.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position leiten und organisieren Sie die Küche und stellen höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher. Sie tragen maßgeblich zu einer einladenden Atmosphäre im Restaurant bei und schaffen unvergessliche kulinarische Momente für unsere Gäste.

Das angegebene Bruttogehalt beträgt 2.688 EUR (40 Std./Woche) laut Kollektivvertrag. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist ein überdurchschnittliches, leistungsbezogenes Gehalt möglich.

Ihre Rolle

* Leitung des gesamten Küchenpersonals

* Kreative Speisen- und Menügestaltung mit regionalen Produkten für Bankett & die uferei

* Abwicklung des à-la-carte- sowie Bankettgeschäftes

* Sicherstellung eines optimalen Einsatzes von Lebensmitteln und deren Einkauf

* Einhaltung sämtlicher Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben (inkl. Durchführung der HACCP-Schulungen & Kontrollen)

* Beaufsichtigung, Training und Förderung der Küchenbrigade

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung als Küchenchef oder mehrere Jahre als Sous Chef

* Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit

* Kreativität und Leidenschaft für kulinarische Kunst, verbunden mit starkem Verständnis für Geschmack und Präsentation

* Liebe zu regionalen Produkten und neuen Foodtrends

* Organisationsgeschick

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
