Saisonstelle für Sommer- und Wintersaison im Tagesdienst.

ab sofort Vollzeit Arbeitszeit: 08:00 - 16:30 Uhr

Tätigkeiten

* Planung, Organisation und Leitung sämtlicher kulinarischer Abläufe

* Zubereitung und Finalisierung hochwertiger Speisen

* Entwicklung neuer Speisen gemäß Qualitätsstandards

* Abschätzung des Lebensmittelbedarfs und Kontrolle der Kosten

* Fachliche Führung, Anleitung und Einsatzplanung des Küchenpersonals

* Veranlassung von Geräteankäufen und Reparaturen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Ernährungs- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

* Warenbestellung laut internen Vorgaben

* Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben sowie Zeitaufzeichnungen

* Professioneller Umgang mit Gästen und dem Team

* Lösung von Herausforderungen im täglichen Küchenbetrieb

Anforderungen

* Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Küchenchef_in

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Kenntnisse im Küchenmanagement

* Fähigkeit, Probleme rasch zu erkennen und effizient zu lösen

* Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz

* Organisationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur Delegation

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Praktische Kenntnisse relevanter Software

* Interesse an aktuellen kulinarischen Trends
