Am Gut Sonnberghof in Mittersill, hoch über dem Salzachtal mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, erwartet dich ein Ort voller Herzlichkeit, Naturverbundenheit und echter österreichischer Gastfreundschaft.

Unser familiengeführtes Naturhotel steht für Nachhaltigkeit, Qualität und Wohlfühlambiente - nicht nur für unsere Gäste, sondern auch für unser Team. In unserer Küche legen wir größten Wert auf Regionalität, Saisonalität und kreative Handwerkskunst. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail entstehen täglich Gerichte, die begeistern - aus besten biologischen Zutaten, vielfach direkt vom eigenen Hof.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns am Sonnberghof:

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und Abläufe in unserer Hotelküche

* Entwicklung eines modernen, regional verwurzelten Speisenangebots

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams

* Einhaltung und Umsetzung höchster Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

* Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceleitung und Geschäftsleitung

* Warenbestellung, Lagerwirtschaft und laufende Kostenkontrolle

Anforderungen:

Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C2 (exzellente Kenntnisse)

EDV-Kenntnisse

Arbeitserlaubnis

EU-Bürger bevorzugt (keine Zulassung erforderlich)

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (5 Tage)
