* Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche

* Führung, Motivation und Einteilung des Küchenteams

* Planung und Organisation des täglichen Küchenablaufs

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Speisekarte und Tagesangeboten

* Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation

* Organisation und Kontrolle des Mise en Place

* Einkauf, Warenbestellung und Kontrolle des Warenbestands

* Kostenbewusster und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Einhaltung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service und Betriebsleitung

* Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bereits als Küchenchef/in oder Sous Chef

* Führungsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie

* Organisationstalent und wirtschaftliches Denken

* Belastbarkeit und Ruhe auch bei starkem Gästeaufkommen

* Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen den Anforderungen der Tätigkeit, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen (Keine Abenddienste!)

Diese Anstellung ist als Saisonstelle (Dezember bis April) vorgesehen - nach Absprache ist aber auch eine Ganzjahresanstellung möglich. Bei uns profitieren Sie von geregelten Arbeitszeiten & erhalten zahlreiche Zusatzleistungen:
