Für unser Hotel Austria in Saalbach suchen wir ab der kommenden Wintersaison einen engagierten und erfahrenen 1 Küchenchef (m/w/d) der unsere Küche mit Kreativität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude am Beruf bereichert.

Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Küchenbereich und die tägliche Organisation

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams

* Planung und Umsetzung unseres kulinarischen Konzepts

* Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Menüs und Speisen

* Einkauf, Warenwirtschaft und Kostenkontrolle

* Einhaltung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Koordination der Abläufe zwischen Küche, Service und anderen Abteilungen

* Aktives Mitarbeiten im täglichen Küchenbetrieb

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

* Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise als Küchenchef oder Sous Chef

* Freude an hochwertiger, saisonaler und kreativer Küche

* Führungsstärke, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie und Freude daran, Gäste kulinarisch zu begeistern
