Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für die gesamte Küchenorganisation und -führung

* Leitung des Halbpensionsrestaurants jCUSINE & jBALANCE

* Leitung des Gourmetrestaurants Hubertusstube (1* 4 Hauben)

* Entwicklung kreativer und saisonaler Menükompositionen auf höchstem Niveau

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams

* Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

* Wareneinkauf und -kontrolle unter Berücksichtigung von Budgetvorgaben

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Hoteldirektion und anderen Abteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung des kulinarischen Angebots

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Nachweisbare Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition als Küchenchef

* Leidenschaft für innovative, regionale und internationale Küche

* Wirtschaftliches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
