Unsere Speisen werden mit Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail zubereitet, um dir ein authentisches Geschmackserlebnis zu bieten. 1 Küchenleitung(m/w/d) - 40 Stunden/Woche Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche)

Arbeitszeiten (Wechseldienst nach Absprache):

* 09:00 - 15:30 Uhr

* 15:30 - 22:00 Uhr

Deine Aufgaben

* Organisation und Leitung des Küchenbetriebs

* Führung und Unterstützung des Küchenteams

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs

* Zubereitung und Qualitätskontrolle der Speisen

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

* Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Kontrolle des Wareneinsatzes

* Einschulung und Koordination neuer Mitarbeiter_innen

Dein Profil

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer leitenden Funktion

* Erfahrung mit der thailändischen Küche von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsgeschick und Führungsqualitäten

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* von Vorteil: Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Thai, da der Großteil des Küchenteams thailändische Muttersprachler_innen sind und die tägliche Abstimmung im Team auf Thai erfolgt
